OWNERS:
Erik Price & Steve McPherson of Cathedral City
Erik is a 5th generation California native. His family has been in the apartment business several generations.
Steve is a Missouri native. He moved to California in 1974 (working in electronic security) and met Erik in 1995.
Mission Statement:
We became the new owners/managers of Stone Creek in May 2012. We loved Stone Creek's location, building layout, and apartment floorplans. We also saw a many needed repairs & improvements. After we recover from the pool & spa area upgrades, we want to upgrade the apartments to make each equally wonderful to live in (not all are currently the same).
Our philosophy:
"We would not own a place we would not happily live in ourselves." (Erik lived in / worked on our Orange County apartments 1989-1995).
We also believe it is our responsibility to treat our tenants as valued customers and friends. It has been our pleasure getting to know, and working with, all the residents at Stone Creek.
