Mission Statement
We (Steve & Erik) became the new owners/managers of Stone Creek in May 2012. We loved Stone Creek's location, building layout, and apartment floorplans. We saw many needed upgrades. After years of work, we are proud to say we are pretty much done. Stone Creek is a beautiful place to live, very upscale, and the location is central to everything.
Our Philosophy
"We would not own a place we would not happily live in ourselves." (Erik lived in our Orange County apartments 1989-1995 and together we lived in Stone Creek for several months 2022-2023.)
We also believe it is our responsibility to treat our tenants as valued customers and friends. It has been our pleasure getting to know, and working with, all the residents at Stone Creek.
